WELCOME TO ISNTC
Risk and hazards are always present in any workplace. The demand to exceed the expectation and the total satisfaction of the customer is key to any business growth. The conditions, technology and regulations have drastically changed since last 10 years. Any incident involving death, accident, environmentally disaster and reputational damage has the potential to ruin even a well-established company in a short span of time. Training our manpower does not only increase productivity but also to protect our investment and ensure that our customer always receive the service that they expect.
The training solutions at Intership Navigation Training Center focus on the Competency and Professionalism of your crew through our Practical Hands on Training. We have more than 20 years of experience and through collaboration with our customers and business partners we have developed technical and soft skills training solution that addresses areas on safety, efficiency, competency and professionalism of the crew when working onboard your vessel.
To give the trainee a realistic feeling and hands-on experience on how to safely operate and maintain their equipment onboard, we use actual vessel equipment and materials similar to what is used onboard. To give the trainee the confidence to perform even in the worst case scenario, we developed our simulation and classroom exercises based on actual incident and reports from our valued customers.
We take your crew training seriously.
If you are looking for quality training for your crew,
